Negative: The reception staff were thoroughly miserable throughout and could barely smile or bring themselves to say good morning. It ruined the whole ambience of the hotel and made it really unfair on employees such as Andre in the bar who was the exact opposite.

Positive: Lovely peaceful, adult only hotel. We loved this hotel, with its 2 small private beaches, beautiful pool & rooms. We stayed in an ocean view room with an amazing large balcony. This room had a minibar with the first items free. We didn't have a car so found the area a little isolated as far as things to do nearby but as we were all inclusive we didn't want to eat out much. The staff were so friendly & professional, Lane in particular was lovely, but to be honest we thought they were all great. The food was good with lots of choice. We would've liked more entertainment as it was only 2 nights per week so the other evenings were very quiet. Overall, I would highly recommend Ocean Point Resort.
Negative: Would've liked more evening entertainment. No coffee m/c in rooms just on the shared area outside.

Positive: Staff were super friendly, and the check-in team were very good and efficient. Some areas of the hotel felt a little shabby, but as it’s a 3-star property, this was expected. For the price, the value was spot on — you really do get what you pay for. The drinks were amazing, and the food was okay. The beach was very easy to access and so quiet it felt like our own private spot. The bathroom did have a slight sewage smell, but as we only stayed for two days and spent very little time in the room, we didn’t ask to move. The entertainment was excellent — one evening they had a live band with Naycha Kid performing, and he was incredibly good. I wouldn’t stay here for more than a couple of days as the food wasn’t great, but it was a perfect starting point and conveniently close to the airport.
